("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

Order Products in the following ways:

When you
place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order")
you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you
place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have
received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that
you have confirmation of your Order details. If the Product is not available we will also let
you know by email.

Express-Furniture may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is
reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of
Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any
payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect
your Statutory Rights.

All new
Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Price
-
The price
for each Product is shown on Express-Furniture.co.uk and includes VAT at
15.0%.

We always
try to make sure that the prices on Express-Furniture.co.uk are accurate but
errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your
Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you
supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order
at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we
will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment
made for the Products will be refunded in full.

You will be
notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit
card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more
information about our delivery charges please view the top of our home page.

Prices are
quoted on Express-Furniture.co.uk in UK pounds (GBP). Outside the UK your
credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of
your country at the current rate but you may use the Express-Furniture
"currency converter" to ESTIMATE the price in your currency. Please note
that the "currency converter" is only a guide and may not accurately reflect
current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK
pounds and Express-Furniture.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss
due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Non-EU
customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries.
Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult
your local customs office for more information.
Payment

You must pay
for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card,
debit card, cheque or postal Order.

If your
delivery address is outside the UK and you Order online you must pay by
credit card.

Credit Card / Debit Card
o
Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card
(currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro/Solo). We aim to debit money from
your account within one working day after receiving your Order.
o
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by
credit card.
o
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be
encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they
are sent over the Internet.
o
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making
the Order.
o
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address
and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Cheque or Postal Order
o
In the UK, you may pay by cheque or postal Order if you wish.
o
Please make cheques payable to S.Gabriel Limited and remember to include
postage. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your Order, cheque
guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details including
phone number and delivery address.
Availability
-
We try to
keep Express-Furniture.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee
that a particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a
Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your
account with the amount debited by us.

All offers
are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you
have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your
Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the
money you have paid for it.

Delivery
-
Express-Furniture delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
-
Deliveries are
made to the curb side only or 1st available access door. Deliveries to flats
are to the 1st ground floor door. Most deliveries are made via pallet and
the driver may require assistance to unload your item from the delivery van.
-
Only 1 delivery attempt
will be made to the delivery address. Additional charges will apply to
re-deliver each item.
-
Please ensure
all items are inspected / checked for damage with 48 hours of delivery
otherwise we will not be able to claim insurance for you item.
-
You will be
notified of the delivery costs and transit time options automatically before you submit your credit
card details after adding your product to the shopping cart and continuing
to step 2 of checkout. For more information about our delivery charges you
can also view
the top of our home page.

Delivery
outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your
responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact
you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the
charge due or else you should consult your local customs office.
Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and
Express-Furniture is not responsible for them.

Express-Furniture offers Standard UK Delivery (within 5 working days) and
Express UK Delivery (next working day via courier). Delivery to Europe and
the rest of the World takes between 7 and 14 days. Please add your product
to the shopping cart and continue to step 2 of checkout for options and
pricing.

Orders are
dispatched by various couriers. Our couriers require a signature and
operate between 8.00am and 5.30pm on weekdays only, so please specify an
address where someone will be able to sign for your Products between these
hours.

We will make
every effort to deliver within the time stated on Express-Furniture.co.uk
but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the
Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we
quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure
that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may
cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid.

Please Order
from Express-Furniture.co.uk with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or
disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Express-Furniture cannot
be responsible for this.

This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Copyright and Trade Marks

Express-Furniture does not give you any right or interest in any copyright
or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them.

The
copyright in Express-Furniture.co.uk and the content of all the software,
web site and pages relating to the Express-Furniture.co.uk web site is owned
by, or licensed to Express-Furniture, unless otherwise specified and may not
be used, copied or altered without our express consent.

Copyright
extends to the design, look and feel of Express-Furniture.co.uk, all
photographs on it and its marketing materials.

You may use
Express-Furniture.co.uk for private and personal non-commercial use only -
i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Express-Furniture.co.uk for the

Returns

We believe
that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions
where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as
simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will try
to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

Genuinely
faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised
of any faulty goods as soon as possible upon receipt of the item and firstly
given the chance to replace any faulty goods. It is the
customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the
item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Goods must be returned back to us within 21 days for inspection.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop
with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the
goods back to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned back to us within 21 days
of the cancellation date.
You will
receive a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. It is your
responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they
must be returned in a state where they can be resold. This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please Note: You must contact us prior to
returning any product(s) back to us and request a returns number. Any
product(s) returned back to us without a returns number clearly printed on
the outside of the box will be refused and sent back to you. It is vital
that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full
address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you
require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use a service with
proof of delivery and insurance against loss and damage, as proof of
shipping is not proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the
goods are returned back to us undamaged and with the original packaging. You
are responsible for the cost of returning goods back to us.

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they
reach our warehouse and are inspected to be satisfactory.

Delivery costs to and from
the delivery address will be the customers responsibility and must be paid for
in full by the customer - this also applies on 'Free Delivery' products.

Exceptions to the 7 day
return policy or (DSR) are products that have been specially made to order -

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
o
Please contact us by telephone (on 08456 430 509) or email (at sales@express-furniture.co.uk)
to inform us of your wish to return Products.
o
We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the
package to improve processing of your return.
o
We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may
have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure,
insured
delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they
reach our warehouse and are inspected to be satisfactory
Unwanted Goods - Custom-made and other Exempt Products
o
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made products we are unable to offer our
usual 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on unwanted goods.
o
In addition, certain other products are exempt from our 7-day money back
guarantee above; these products will be marked clearly on their respective
product pages. In the case of these items the usual guarantee period is limited
to 3 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 3 days of
receipt.
o
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)
o
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for
the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of
the order. Goods must be returned back to us within 21 days of the cancellation
date.
o
If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify our
Customer Service team quoting your name and order number:

If the terms
have been adhered to as mentioned above we will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.

Express-Furniture Responsibilities

Express-Furniture has tried to make the descriptions (including all
pictures) of the Products as accurate as possible but you should check the
dimensions stated on Express-Furniture.co.uk or contact us for exact sizes.

Express-Furniture shall insure ordered Products at their retail value whilst
being delivered to you. Please check the delivered Products as soon as
possible for damage etc within a 'reasonable' time frame on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.

Express-Furniture will provide its services with reasonable skill and care
but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect
of any other person's services.

Because of
the nature of the Internet Express-Furniture provides and maintains Express-Furniture.co.uk
on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of
Express-Furniture.co.uk will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are
not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for
any reason beyond our control.

not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and
we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms,

be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit

its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.

Express-Furniture will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform
any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the
occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including
without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood,
war or act of God.

the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your
Products carefully. Express-Furniture.co.uk is not involved in the
manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the
manufacturer's guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in
accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to
you.

Subject as
aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Express-Furniture
excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising,
including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss
whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to
Express-Furniture and Express-Furniture.co.uk shall have no liability to pay
any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability
in relation to:

you or any other person.

conditions of contract proposed.
